Who are we looking for?
Leadership background?
We’re looking for individuals with a sound leadership background from working life, but other types of leadership such as in voluntary work or club activities are also an advantage.
The most important characteristics are an understanding of people, the ability to assimilate information quickly, and above all an ability to influence people.
There is no need to have worked as a consultant in the past, although this would be helpful. You will be coached by an experienced member of our team, who will help you with structure and methodologies.
